Terms of Service

By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Generating Leaders provides leadership coaching, educational content, books, live and recorded events, a members-only video library, and related resources. We may add, modify, or discontinue features of the Services at any time.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or purchase a membership. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements.

Some features require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at coaching@yes2hope.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

Certain content and features are available only through a paid membership. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Your use of payment features is also subject to Stripe's terms and policies.

Unless otherwise stated, memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. Applicable taxes may be added.

You may cancel your membership at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at coaching@yes2hope.com.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by: violating any law; infringing the rights of others; sharing your account or paid content with unauthorized persons; attempting to access areas you are not permitted to use; or interfering with the security or proper functioning of the Services.

All content provided through the Services — including text, graphics, logos, videos, books, and course materials — is owned by or licensed to Generating Leaders and is protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

The Services may link to or rely on third-party websites and services (for example, payment processing, video hosting, or event registration). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, and their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.

The Services and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Coaching, books, and educational content are provided for informational and developmental purposes and are not a substitute for professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Generating Leaders and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Generating Leaders and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Georgia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
